I’m having an issue with my domestic Nuova Simonelli Musica. On switching the machine on, the water refill light comes one, as if the pump will refill the boiler, but there is only a click from one of the relays and it enters an endless cycle of refill light and attempts to fill the boiler. Because it judges the boiler never full (even when full), it never starts heating or becomes available for use. Curiously the pump functions if you dispense water through the hot water tap or through the grouphead, so the pump appears to be working fine. I’ve tried everything I can, so need to call in a professional repair!

We have a Litter Robot v2 or v3. It is currently stuck mid-cycle with an orange light flickering in the control panel. I would like to get it fixed.

The electrics on the Stove range cooker have stopped working. I believe there is a fuse within the back of the cooker which I can’t reach, but there is something that will have triggered it. We were using the oven at the time so it might be the fan, light , or heating element perhaps.

Bezzera Duo DE (https://www.bezzera.it/en/machines/duo) emists a burning smell, like a wire or some electronics are short circuiting. Needs to be checked out, and malfunctioning parts replaced. This will probably take some time, as replacement parts must be ordered from Italy.

The wand isn't working, I took the back off to get the tubes and now there is a leak and the wand still isn't working. Needs a full service to fix it.

Issue I recall was that the water wasn't coming out of the machine.

There is a 03 error code on my treadmill.
