Washing machine start bottom is broken

Washing machine intimately works it switches on but the tumble dryer will only occasionally work and there is something wrong with the wash cycle and mix loads which is the most common use. We keep it regularly clean and I’ve drained it on a weekly basis. I believe it’s more an electrical fault in the circuit.

Dryer works but there is no heat in the drum. Its a hotpoint.
