To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. John Lewis (AEG) branded washing machine has a fault. Water is leaking from the drawer during the wash cycle, I’ve run a rinse cycle to check, the drum completely fills with water and then the water starts leaking from the drawer. With a spin cycle, the water drains away, indicating there isn’t a blockage (I’ve checked the filter, it’s clean). Unsure what the fault could be. Machine is about 8 years old.
