To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Our heat pump no longer works and simply flashes the following error code: "ALARM - TRANSITION-MAIN COMMUNICATE". According to the manual, this is a communications error between the transition circuit board and the main circuit board. We have had a family friend look at the pump and he thought the main board was fine but the transition one had stopped working and had a few faulty parts. Is this something you could take a look at?

Faulty radiators won't heat up - radiator has a thermostatic radiator valve, the manual valve might be faulty and not allowing water into the radiator. The pipes heat up but the radiator doesn't - when heating is on full it will heat up luke warm at the top only. Rest of house radiators in the house work perfectly. Bleeding radiators hasn't worked - not sure if there is sludge or the valves are faulty and stopping the water heating up.
