The kitchen comprises 1 L shaped unit containing the sink and one column unit containing the oven. Total kitchen area is very small, 274 x 280 metres square. We are looking for an individual who is also a plumber and electrician. The list of works required are: Kitchen fitting Oven installation, it will require new Cooker safety switch (the oven unit is a built in model) Induction cooktop installation (the induction cooktop unit is a built in model) Extraction fan installation (a new ducting pipe and hole will need to be cut in wall) Washing machine installation (the washing machine is free standing unit) Tiling on the splashback I have included images from our IKEA plan.
