I have a Candy CBWD8514D_WH Built In Washer Dryer, it is integrated. The internal cylinder has stopped spinning. No error codes are showing, but the machine is not spinning on a wash or a dry. We heard a loud noise suddenly and it stopped spinning. It is integrated and so whoever takes this job will need to be able to pull it out (it is heavy) and return it. It may be that the belt needs replacing inside.
Great work from Josh fixing our washer-dryer - really appreciated him coming round at the weekend. He did an excellent job and fixed our issue straight away.
