To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Free-standing front-loading washing machine moving about - downstairs neighbours have complained that it rattles pipe (see picture). Machine is relatively new (3yrs). Needs fixing in place - imagine installing feet most effective way but open to suggestions. Concrete floor. Alternatively (or as well) could encase pipe with something to insulate from vibration.
