The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. I have a hive thermostat (dual channel water and heating) I’ve tried installing it and replacing the existing Drayton timer. The line setup and internet connection are pairing fine, but water and heating aren’t coming on. I think this is because I haven’t disconnected the old room thermostat. I can see the wires, but I’m not sure, so would prefer a professional to do it. FYI there’s no boiler it’s communal, I think this is a quick job as everything else s done. I’m free tonight (Wednesday) or Thursday evening after 6. Fuse box is accessible and have torches etc.
