Currys delivered a washer/dryer (standard measurements, c. 66 kg) yesterday but refused to install it as it needs to be lifted into the kitchen (over a worktop). Their company policy doesn't allow them to do this. It has been done before though (the seller took her washer/dryer with her) so is definitely doable. I therefore need two people to get the washer/dryer in the kitchen and then install it.

Integrated Hotpoint 7kg BHWM129 has stopped spinning, and quite hard to push the drum round manually. The drum isn't lining up neatly with the seal, and sometimes seems to have dropped down a bit.
