To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. John Lewis (AEG) branded washing machine has a fault. Water is leaking from the drawer during the wash cycle, I’ve run a rinse cycle to check, the drum completely fills with water and then the water starts leaking from the drawer. With a spin cycle, the water drains away, indicating there isn’t a blockage (I’ve checked the filter, it’s clean). Unsure what the fault could be. Machine is about 8 years old.
