What do appliance services include?
To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Here are some of the most popular appliance care services and what you can expect when booking your technician:
Fridges and freezers

Dishwasher repairs and installations

Heating - Plumbing specialist zone valve fix

The Underfloor system for a single room stopped working properly. It does not call for heat (it used to do previously) when higher temperature is set on the thermostat. It only works when the valve controlling the UFH is opened manually and a separate call for heat is made from the central thermostat. I suspect this could be the zone valve electronic (pictured) that is faulty, but I'm not completely sure, more investigation maybe required first. Need someone who had previous experience with Heat Interface Units (HIU) and is comfortable with heating systems electrics. The house has got an HIU system (no boiler) and is using central heating source (see picture).

I have an Xpelair air filter system in my flat which is a new build property. Please see photos attached. The system is working fine but the tubing underneath has become very dirty. Xpelair informed me that the pipes need a clean and should take no longer than 15-20 mins. I am Not confident with unscrewing the tubing myself and so would like professional help with this. Handyman would need knowledge of air filter and ventilation systems. Thank you!
