What do appliance services include?
To install or repair your items, an appliance technician will visit your home or property. The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. Fridges and freezers

Need plumber for 2 different jobs. - Washing machine has a small leak when draining water. The leak has been identified already and It comes from one of the pipes accessible from the eaves. In the pictures below check the one with red arrow. - The pipes that drain the bathroom water have a leak that causes a puddle in the apartment below. I have not been able to identify the exact point. The pipe is the one in the photos and videos called "outside"

Heating - Plumbing specialist zone valve fix

The Underfloor system for a single room stopped working properly. It does not call for heat (it used to do previously) when higher temperature is set on the thermostat. It only works when the valve controlling the UFH is opened manually and a separate call for heat is made from the central thermostat. I suspect this could be the zone valve electronic (pictured) that is faulty, but I'm not completely sure, more investigation maybe required first. Need someone who had previous experience with Heat Interface Units (HIU) and is comfortable with heating systems electrics. The house has got an HIU system (no boiler) and is using central heating source (see picture).
