My sage expresso needs to have the rubber ring replaced. But I can't replace it because the threads on the screw that removes the rubber ring are damaged. I tried removing it with pliers, but that position makes it impossible to get the screw caught in the pliers. So I think I need more professional help.

Flat 5, 1 Elm Park Gardens There is only one double socket , the best way would be if both have a double socket and it is protected by a fuse. There is washing machine and there is a dryer only connected to one extension lead. Put two separate sockets. To make sure that it is safe. Please keep the position of the washer and dryer in the same place as you found them.
