Recently bought a DeLonghi E685M from ebay. The descaling light is permanently on (even though I've ran the descaling process through twice). Also, the machine itself overheats very quickly, the buttons for single+double shot flash after about 30 seconds of frothing milk - which indicates a 'cooling cycle' is required (again, completed this stage twice but no joy).
