Hi, I have a NordMende built-in oven (model SO225IX), and after cooking incident (burnt chicken), there's a small area of exposed insulation just visible through a gap around the oven cavity that has a burnt smell. The oven works fine, is clean, and there's no damage to the wiring or heating elements. I’d just like to have that small burnt section of insulation removed to get rid of the lingering smell. I don’t need anything replaced—just a safe, quick removal of that bit if possible. The oven is still installed in the cabinet.
