My potterton promax combi HE plus A range 28 boiler is having pressure faults. It read low pressue (e119) fault and initally works after repressuring with opening of the filling loop valves. However the pressure then read too high but has since settled and went low again requiring repressuring. The expansion vessel may be faulty and need replaced. The boiler was installed 11 years ago.

I’ve had a full renovation done and the IKEA drainage has always been quite slow and now water is backing up once the washing machine is run. I don’t remember drainage and speed being an issue prior to renovating but I did demo soon after getting keys. I don’t think there’s enough of a fall. Fault finding or any tips would be great, ran a domestic unblocker with no impact
