The exact inclusions with your appliance service will depend on the item you need to be installed or repaired. We’ve just bought an Episent 15 litre air cooler, but we don’t know how to get it running, The instructions seem to suggest pouring water into a tank via a side hatch, but when I peer into the hatch, I can see what look like electrical cables inside. Pouring water onto these looks like a bad idea, but I don’t know what else to do. So I’d like someone who knows what they’re doing to set the thing up and get it running. It has to be safe, because the user is in a wheelchair. Thank you.
