We have moved in to a new flat and need some repairs to our bathroom: 1) Removing the current sink vanity unit and installing the replacement + retiling as needed (tiles provided) 2) Replacing 2x shower wastes and 1x sink waste (no re-tiling) 3) Removing several wall-hanging accessories 4) Removing & disposing of 1x shower screen 5) Sealing a small gap near the shower with a tile 6)Using silicone to seal around both shower floors 7) Fixing a screw/closing issue with one bathroom folding door

Needs to set up a tv bracket on the wall, hence, needs a small drill machine. Needs to clean my room and bathroom, my room is fully carpeted. And needs to do some diy to the bathroom, simple tapping stuffs.

I have an old bathroom basin. The hot tap is producing a drip every 10 seconds. The drip has orange colouring in it — I think the washer in the tap is metal. The whole suite is old, as is the bathroom plumbing. I need the tap fixed immediately, before the drip escalates to a run, and starts giving me boiler problems. After that, I need to renovate the whole bathroom — replace the whole suite with something that looks more modern, tidy up the old piping, fit stop taps to the suite items to prevent future emergencies, replace the rusting radiator, put in a shower that actually produces hot water….
