Back wheel of my Bobbin brownie is out of alignment so when there is downward pressure (eg sitting on the saddle) the wheel tilts towards the left and rubs against the frame

Flexible on date/time. My very inexpensive bicycle (never been off road) needs a service. There's no suspension and it's cable brakes with grip shift gears. I've got new brake pads to go on but no need to strip it down. Bought a second hand road bike just need the seat and hand bar adjusting, bolts are slightly rusted, worn and tight so may need some new ones for it if you have any. Tyres might need some pumping but nothing major otherwise. Bike is a Carrera Virtuoso.
