I have a blind for stair window which is too wide as i couldnt get size required. It is 48" wide but i would need it cutting down to approx 36". Is someone able to assist and give me quote? Thank you. Rae

We had blinds installed 4 years ago. We have a few blinds with separate issues that we need help with please. The first issue relates to the tilt mechanism. Some blinds have become stiff when trying to pull the tilt cords. One has stopped working entirely (you can no longer pull the cord to tilt the horizontal blinds). The second issue relates to the ladder strings that run vertically down the blinds. One of these strings has seemingly become undone leading the slants to now be out of place. Looking for someone who understands the mechanics and the importance in the detail to ensure the blinds are fixed, level, etc.

The slats on a wooden Venetian Blind will no longer tilt. It looks like wear to a nylon pulley which is just spinning
