Fitting 5 window blinds and 1 curtain rail

I would like someone to measure up windows for wooden venetian blinds at my home (four windows) so that I can order the blinds from a (non-local) company. I would like the fitter to return to install the blinds once they have arrived. Thank you!

Luxaflex narrow metal Venetian blinds. 3 large windows. The pullcord will not lock in the mechanism to keep blinds up. It’s either the mechanism itself OR the cord has frayed and is too narrow for the mechanism to grip. Need someone with expertise to evaluate and either restring or replace the lock mechanism.. Don’t know what pricing should be, so am happy to discuss.

We have one or two blinds that do not finish in the correct position (pull up a few inches at the bottom) and a couple that do not open fully when operated. Small but frustrating issues that mean all our blinds are not aligned.
