The ball bearing chain our roller shutter blind stopped fully catching the tracks/teeth of the roller. This meant you had to pull the chain very hard, and it would slip through a few tracks but catch enough that you could pull the blind up. Eventually the ball chain has snapped, so I think we need to replace both the ball chain and the roller head containing the tracks/teeth. - Due date: Flexible
