Roller blind bracket has came off the wall

Task 1 : Roller blind bracket has come off the wall. May fall down if not fixed. Task 2: Window vent has fallen out and needs replacing

I need someone to install roller blinds in my room. The blinds will need to be cut to size, so the task requires someone with experience in both fitting blinds and accurately cutting them to fit the window dimensions.
