19 venetian blinds supplied by silent gliss, most pull up/let down mechanisms very sticky stuck. The odd chain is broken. At least one blind has vertical ribbons which are broken (photos can be supplied)

Hi there, One window – one rolling blind chain has come unattached. The rolling blind chain has come off the rolling blind in the living room of a large Victorian window of this flat. Please see picture attached. I have researched online and it does not seem too complicated to repair but I am a poor when it comes to DIY! I don't have the details of the sizes of the window with me currently but I can get them. They are very large windows which cover most of the size of the room.
