Remove old blind and Put up a blind

I have a blind which is stuck and the mechanism needs repair.

My roller blind has fallen down and needs repair, looks to be the fixings on the wall but I’m not certain!

fit 2 window blinds: 1x 61 cm wide (correct size) 1x 183 cm wide, which needs to be cut to approx 168 cm

I have three blinds that need putting up.
