Apartment, Eagle Point, 165 City Road, London EC1V There was a leak in the apartment above mine and as a result the damage in the pictures attached has been incurred. additionally during inspection of the bathroom tiles were needed to be removed. - Once I removed the tile I could see that the previous installers had installed the Probe for the electric underfloor heating behind the tile. Because of this the probe wire has been cut through when removing the tile. The Probe had been installed incorrectly and pointing into the wall void rather than being buried in the floor. so the probe would require replacing so that the underfloor heating can be made to work again I would please like you to come visit the property and give me a quote for replacement of the carpets. the remedial painting work and to replace the sensors and make good all the tiling. pls advise at earliest convenience Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our me on the below details - Due date: Before Thursday, 26 January 2023
