We are a small care company running out of West London and were looking for someone to help us with out annual Christmas party at The Hurligham Club in Putney. It is on the 15th of December and will start at 12pm ending at around 17:00. So you'd need to be there during this period to document. We'd be looking for still images of people talking, awards etc (natural) and then a 30 second - 1 minute long video for our website. This is an afternoon family drinks party in our home on Saturday 14 December, we would need help from just before 2pm until probably 6pm/ 7pm. Duties would be - opening the door, taking coats/ presents, handing out drinks, topping up drinks, some clearing up empties/ rubbish, maybe some simple 'putting bought canapes in the oven' type work, giving coats back etc.

It is an extremely casual event, so wiuld be good to get a quote for: "picky bits" starter Main meal (lasagna/fishermans pie etc) this wouldnt need to be individually portioned, we would run a buffet style.
