It’s my birthday, and I’d love for you to help make the morning special by arriving at 6:00 am to begin cooking. The table will already be set, so your focus will simply be on preparing the meal and serving it. Here’s the menu I have in mind: • Small golden fried dumplings • Fried salt fish with vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, peppers) • Salt fish fritters • Scrambled eggs • Baked beans • Fried bacon • Pork sausages • Fresh waffles (I have a small waffle maker, but feel free to bring your own if preferred) The menu is somewhat flexible, so if you have any suggestions or improvements, I’d be happy to hear them.
