Subject: Caribbean Breakfast Chef Needed for Birthday Celebration Hi, I’m looking for a chef experienced in preparing Caribbean-style breakfast for a small group of up to six people on Saturday, 19th October. It’s my birthday, and I’d love for you to help make the morning special by arriving at 6:00 am to begin cooking. The table will already be set, so your focus will simply be on preparing the meal and serving it. Here’s the menu I have in mind: • Small golden fried dumplings • Fried salt fish with vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, peppers) • Salt fish fritters • Scrambled eggs • Baked beans • Fried bacon • Pork sausages • Fresh waffles (I have a small waffle maker, but feel free to bring your own if preferred) The menu is somewhat flexible, so if you have any suggestions or improvements, I’d be happy to hear them. This is a two-hour job, starting at 6:00 am with breakfast ready to be served by 8:00 am. I will provide all the ingredients, and the pay is £25 per hour. We are hosting a garden party at colleague's house. Will be about 20-30 guests from work. We will have BBQ service etc - we are looking for a person to support with catering, cleaning up used dishes, any other general small tasks during the evening. ~5-10pm.

Party at private residence. Items to be cooked/prepared include eggs Benedict, avocado on toast with poached/scrambled eggs, bagels with cream cheese and salmon. Total of 2 hours required.
