We purchased the CJOY 56" ceiling fan https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BLCG66WS Need it installed on our downstairs ceiling. I'm 95% certain there's a joist at the existing light fitting to hang it from. Looking for somebody who has a fair amount of experience with ceiling fans as the reviews say it can be a bit tricky to get all the wiring into the ceiling rose. There's a picture of the fan in question and the space that we need it installed into. There are magnets on the ceilings showing crossbeams and then there seems to be another one going those through the fitting according to my studfinder. I live in a first floor flat and the ceiling height is 3.5m (11ft 6ins). The existing fitting is a standard lighting rose on a plasterboard ceiling. Aside from the flat above I've no idea what is on the other side of the plasterboard and what additional fittings may be required to adequately secure the fan. Please quote accordingly.

I need a ceiling fan installed in my apartment. The fan is to be installed in or at least near to the current pendant light fitting location, however this on a suspended ceiling. To the best of my knowledge the ceiling is composed of drywall affixed to a metal ceiling grid frame (images attached for reference. The most secure fixing point I can see is the cross beam which is a few inches away from the current hole and about a 2 inch gap away from the rear surface of the drywall. Please let me know if / how you could help us to achieve this as due to the nature of the fan it will need to be more secure than standard drywall fixings. - Due date: Before Friday, 22 July 2022
