The cleaner sent was not the person we had communicated with, and we weren’t informed of the change. There was confusion over the hours booked, and she arrived 20 minutes later than expected. While she was lovely and did a great job, she spoke no English, making communication and payment stressful. She also stayed longer than booked. It wasn’t her fault, but what was meant to be helpful ended up being tricky and awkward.
