Remove items from office asap

Some chairs and a sofa moved between rooms and the clearance of a load of furniture from the basement store room. On top of the items pictured there is a 2 seater red sofa that is like 2 of the chair below and also some unwanted toys in 2 blue ikea bags and there may be a broken simple smallish desk as well

I need someone to lift boxes from a basement to a transit van in the street - nothing very heavy but i have a bad back - Probably only take an hour but happy to pay minimum charge

A lot of historic paperwork that are now redundant need to be sorted, packed and disposed off correctly. The task involves going through cabinets and identifying folders and papers older than 7 years that can be disposed off. Confidential papers must be put into special bags and taken to designated location for collection. Non confidential papers must go into different recycling bags. Papers less than 7 years must remain on files but these might need to be re-labelled. Additional tasks related to sorting out/organising other equipment such as stationery may be requested on the day. Tasker must be reasonably fit (as bags may be heavy once full), able to understand instructions and have the ability to use own initiative without being constantly supervised. Specific instructions will be given on site. No previous experience is necessary but tasker must be able to work at a fast pace. Office is located on the 8th floor and lifts are available. Payment offered is based on minimum 3 hours. Additional hours will be paid @ £15/hr. - Due date: Flexible

Bring 3 big commercial fridges, 1 commercial dishwasher and 2 big metal tables from the ground floor to the basement floor. Carry out from front door, bring them trough the street and carpark and carry in through back door to the basement. 6 stairs up from the back door. Vehicle or big trolley required. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 8 June 2023

I will be moving soon and have started packing up, though with work commitments etc realised I would greatly benefit from someone's experience and help. One bedroom, a living room, kitchen and entrance room to be sorted (some things will be sold/removed/donated) and packed for moving company. Movingset (from Davpack) for 1 bedroom flat (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, paper sheets), some bags, suitcases available for packing (hope sufficient). Some boxes already (part) packed.
