Re-grout around edge of bath (2 sides) and round basin. Fix broken clothesline. Clean greasetrap. Fix 2 doors (one hard to open to outside, 1 indoor doesn't snib closed). Toilet doesn't flush very well, though no obvious problem.

To supply and install clothes line post and put line up. - Due date: Flexible

Old metal clothes line poles have rotted and broke. Need replaceent including new line. Weekends would be better if possibe.
