The conical burr grinder has stopped spinning in my coffee machine. The lower burr spins fine without the resistance from the upper burr, however remains static when both burrs are locked in place. As such, no coffee can be ground from the machine. Looking for someone with experience in working with / repairing these machines who can fix the issue for me. Delonghi 35.31 coffee machine no longer providing pressure. Water heats up, but then when switch is set to espresso function it just emits a very quiet hum (rather than the normal louder noise), and no water comes out at all, even without portafilter attached.
