We are having problems with our wifi connection in our office. We have one router connecting one part of the office and one powerline adapter and one access point device connecting the remaining of the office. The speed with router Wifi connection is satisfactory but at times unstable. The speed with the access point Wifi is slow and unstable. We need someone to check the both connection and advise us / and execut the best solution asap.

I have been using my work laptop for personal use (they know this), but have recently found that documents I’ve downloaded for personal use, and personal notes in my Notes App are automatically saved on their One Drive. I would like to remove these and erase browsing history.. I’m going to buy a personal laptop and I would like help setting this up and transferring files. In addition, if time, I’d like help to sort out my digital photos as I find this very confusing. Hi there, My Gaming PC seems to really be struggling. When I first log on, I get 5-6 error messages such as "OneDrive.exe - Bad Image". So I believe there is an issue with my OneDrive. Steam also does not open so I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but no luck. I have tried to uninstall a few programs that running in the background and I fear I've made the situation worse. My Driver seems to have disappeared. When I click on the windows start icon, nothing happens and the search function on the taskbar does not work so I can't even run a diagnostic or access my control panel. I've saved a few simple photos down on my PC and these won't even open. Before I give up and replace with a new gaming PC, I'd love a specialist to run their own diagnostic and try and salvage the situation! Thanks a lot,

been given brand new computer: need to transfer Word and docs and other content from old Apple computer to new one. Would also like help learning how to use Google docs. Also some general help re getting rid of lingering email ID (old phone number and emails) on phone/ computer and how to connect headphones with mobile etc.

Desktop facing multiple types Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) errors. Including crashes, stuttering, glitches. Drivers file could possibly be corrupted or failing as well.
