Have just moved in and need help connecting our new Wi-Fi to all of the automation.

I have a pc from 2012 running Windows 11 Pro. Unsupported of course. I would like quotes on getting a new up to date pc built please. Keeping the current SSD and my HDD. Possibly the graphics card. I might need a new one. And a new sound card too perhaps. The SSD has Windows 11 on there. Install this in the new pc with my data HDD. As is please. With an up to date processor for Windows 11 and beyond. If the sound card and graphics card are usuable, i will keep them. Looking for 32GB or 64GB of RAM for radio work and audio editing. I also want to keep my 2 dvd drives as they work fine. In other words move my SSD and HDD (data) into a new case. With my dvd drives. Graphics card. Sound card. RAM. Thanks.

Make the pc run faster and better

I have high speed fibre, a mesh network with satellites but struggle with reception and speed around the house. Need someone with strong WiFi setup experience to help optimise and tweak our setup.

Draytex router is slowing WiFi down need help with this urgently last person who helped was amazing but cannot reach them now. Urgently need it sorted,

We have a problem with latency and speed on our WiFi and need it fixing. We are with BT fibre 2 with 74mb. We would like someone to look at the router and if it needs replacing and if a new mesh WiFi might make things better. According to BT engineer that came the brand new surface pro must have a rubbish WiFi card which is not helpful. The job is to look at current setup and identify solutions for more stable and fast WiFi connectivity and set it up to make it work. We have a BT smart hub type A and attached is a mesh WiFi 6 which does not operate well with BT router hence the idea to switch it out.

Phone screen ‘swipe up to unlock’ function doesn’t work so can access phone. Also flashed/blacks out like it’s glitching. Not sure of the problem. Seems to be something with the touch screen initially. Looking for a fix so can use the phone again. - Due date: Flexible
