My Sonos has multiple speakers including Sonos boost, connect amp 2nd gen and several play1s and soundbar. All has worked solidly for several years but the whole system dropped out a few weeks ago and I don’t have the expertise to fix it despite several hours looking at my WiFi router an calling Sonos support. WiFi is ASUS rt-ac86u downstairs and rt-ac88u upstairs working as an aimesh node together. I think it something to do with the WiFi setup and router software but don’t know f this is true. Performance of network has dropped off , Netflix freezing , last time it was something to do with the big switch thing that routes the internet around the home , or something to do with 5 ghz vs 2.4 but we are clearly not the experts.
