Good afternoon sir/madam, I bought two lamps from IKEA last week. They both needed assembling and mounting. I have no idea how to do this and I have no electrical equipment nor the knowledge of it. The lamps are the same just have different colours. They are IKEA LAMPS: IKEA PS 2014. Two ceiling hooks may be needed and a ladder for health and safety. Your urgent response is needed.
