The kitchen requires approximately 6-7 gaps to be sealed using expanding foam, which is already available on-site. This is to prevent mice from accessing the property. The task is scheduled to be completed between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Friday.

The electric toilet goes off by itself in the middle of the night. Could be a faulty sensor, or flapper or valve. It happens once or twice a night.

Kitchen sink has fallen down as seen in the photo. Do you know how this happens and how to fix it?

I have bought 2 bronze barrel-style window stops to replace old ones, which now need screwing into a sash window frame. It should be straightforward. You can see from the photos we had to remove old ones because we lost the key so the new holes will go under the circles you see in the photos. It should involve drilling 2 holes and screwing the barrels into the frame so that the stopper can prevent the window from opening past a certain point. I’ve also included a photo of another window to show you what it will look like when complete. Thanks

Hi everyone, So long story short my pc is no longer turning on after there was an accident with the plug socket that ended up making a popping sound after trying to plug it back in! after this happened the pc has stopped turning on. I've tried replacing the power supply cable and that hasn't worked. Now purchasing a new psu thinking this is probably the cause of the problem but will need someone to help me replace it as not confident doing it alone! Happy to hear from others if they think there is another solution!
