House 2: • The paving slabs in front of the main entrance have cracked and become unstable. These need to be replaced and securely fitted. • The entrance step also needs securing and possibly replacing if necessary. • There are only about six slabs plus the step, but I’d like the area to be tidied up, made safe, and to look presentable. House 1 (10-20 minutes walk from House 2): • The entrance step to the house needs securing and improving. • There are no paving slabs to fix at this property, just the step.
