Small vermin are entering my flat through gaps in my kitchen, so need filling. Small screw on fridge needs fixing. Bathroom bulb needs replacing. I have materials.

2 of 3 shower taps just spin around, so can’t control the temperature of the water or use the rainwater shower head. Could be the unit needs to be replaced. Bathroom extractor might just be the fuse. Otherwise replace. Also have a few other small jobs to do. Price suggested is based on repair

Hi! I'm looking for some help assembling my ceiling lampshade (IKEA Kallfront). The ceiling is very high and the ladder I have at home is not tall enough to allow me to comfortably complete the task. We have assembled the ceiling attachment. All that is required is to click each bar into position. See photos.
