Building an ikea KLEPPSTAD wardrobe with 3 doors

I have outdoor stairs that is rotting due to the weather and it needs rebuilding or a new one being built

To put in a shower pump and kitchen taps

Small vermin are entering my flat through gaps in my kitchen, so need filling. Small screw on fridge needs fixing. Bathroom bulb needs replacing. I have materials.

Replace 3sets of taps in the 2 in the bathroom and 1 mixer in the kitchen

2 of 3 shower taps just spin around, so can’t control the temperature of the water or use the rainwater shower head. Could be the unit needs to be replaced. Bathroom extractor might just be the fuse. Otherwise replace. Also have a few other small jobs to do. Price suggested is based on repair

There are gaps in floor boards and spaces around piping that needs to be sealed to prevent mice

I need a few things drilling and fixing. A key safe (see photo) an extension plug fitting to the wall and a cupboard door hinge fixing. It’s only an hours with so would suit someone local

Hi! I'm looking for some help assembling my ceiling lampshade (IKEA Kallfront). The ceiling is very high and the ladder I have at home is not tall enough to allow me to comfortably complete the task. We have assembled the ceiling attachment. All that is required is to click each bar into position. See photos. Two tasks needed to perform: 1. Leaky loose taps in the bathroom. Need to be replaced. Note that access is difficult, will require untiling a side of a bath. 2. Replace a 6" pipe between a kitchen sink and a kitchen trap
