We’ve just bought a house and the hot tap for the bathroom sink is broken, the previous owner managed to flip the isolator valve to stop hot water flow, but they’ve rounded the screw head (can’t get it back on). We’ve bought new taps, and have new isolator valves (if needed), but need someone with experience to fit them (the new taps and potentially the new isolator valve on hot side).

My Indesit microwave beeps on and off, takes long to heat. The issue started late in 2023, now happens every time. I suspect a faulty control panel in the integrated microwave.

Hello! I have a vintage bookcase with lead panelling/cames on the glass. I have small children so want to do something to protect them from touching the lead - whether thats using something clear to paint over the panels or cover the whole window of glass. I’m not sure what it best but I would like something that lasts!
