My vanity unit (picture attached) needs replacing. I purchased a like new unit, more or less the same except basic non fancy taps! I will try and upload a pic of the new vanity but it's essentially the same thing with normal single hole tap..The newer unit was sold to me already put together with basin, taps, flexor pipes already attached so there's no work to be done in putting the cabinet together or adding a basin. Not sure but someone said yeh flexor pipes might be short on the replacement vanity so I will buy some in case needed. Thank you

Small kitchen, someone to wrap all kitchen cupboard doors and worktop. 11 small cupboards and 6 drawers and worktop. We will provide the vinyl. Handles for doors will be already painted so just the doors and worktop will need doing.

Build a 3m shuffleboard table

We’ve just bought a house and the hot tap for the bathroom sink is broken, the previous owner managed to flip the isolator valve to stop hot water flow, but they’ve rounded the screw head (can’t get it back on). We’ve bought new taps, and have new isolator valves (if needed), but need someone with experience to fit them (the new taps and potentially the new isolator valve on hot side).

To fit new laminate worktops that will be supplied. U-shape 1.4m x 3m x 1.4m approx Existing worktops will be removed prior to the installation

Our fridge is cool but not cold and won’t get cold. The loft door keeps swinging open. I think the clasp is broken

The machine is currently very unreliable. Usually 1 in 3 coffees is drinkable. It seems like the ground coffee doesn’t always end up in percolator.

HDMI port is broken and needs replacement

We have 7 wireless access points ( all Draytek). 2 of them intermittently stop working. They could be fine for 6 or 12 months and then stop working. After a day or 2 they usually start working again but not always. The other Draytek WAPs in the house never cause any problems - it is always the same 2. There is also an external WAP which is intermittent

Hang large mirror on wall with appropriate fixings. Screw 2 wall lamps into wall (plug in no wiring) Put tv on wall 50 inch with appropriate fixings. No wiring etc.

The kitchen taps has come loose from the work top and the bathroom tap doesn't switch to the shower properly and it leaks around the base
