Floating shelves cornices all in one room

Hey! 4.1 x 3.8m (~15mSq) ceiling + cornices needing a fresh lick of white paint after some water damage - fairly high ceilings at around 2.8m. Thank you! edit: I may be totally off the mark with budget, happy to negotiate!
