I have a hole, caused by rot, in a door frame. The hole is about 3inches wide and about the same deep. I don’t know the budget but I can’t see it taking more than an hour. I will add the budget but happy to negotiate. The rest of the frame is solid.

Old fanlight door frame has multiple cracks where the hinges are screwed on. Door does not shut or open well. Possibly needs the cracks gluing together, or part of the frame replacing, and the door remounted on hinges.
