We have a Joerns Mini-180 hoist at home. At present the carers for my mother use this hoist to put her from bed onto the recliner chair than carers return and put her back from recliner chair onto the bed. We need more flexibility with the hoist as we need to attend dentist appointments, glaucoma clinic, etc. we need to have the proof that we had training on hoist to be able to transfer my mother from bed onto the wheelchair. We have ordered also the Noirr Transfer Lift, hopefully this will help as well. We need someone who can provide in-house training for me and my husband and issue a letter authorising us to use ourselves the hoist at home. BA16SUY automatic car. I was driving and my car changed gear automatically without me changing it. It changed from drive to neutral. I switched off the car and switched it on again and tried to put the gear back on drive but it was stuck on neutral for few minutes. The problem is on and off.
