This job is extensive. I have two 140sqft sheds in my family's back garden, and in these sheds are a load of misc items - some worth a lot, some not worth much at all. Apart from items I will exclude after all photos of items have been taken, I will require you to a) list all the items - having taken a photo and a description of the items in storage, b) list them all on eBay on a new account that will be accessible by both myself and yourself, c) answer any questions sellers may have about the items, d) when sold and OK'ed by me, a date will be arranged to come and collect the items to send off. This can't be done several times, so I would suggest putting the listings up to all end roughly the same time, or 4 lots of listings over 2 months, and finally e) deal with the seller's questions and after service for the duration of the 'refund' period (30 days to 90 days). We can either agree on a set fee that will be given at the end of the job, or a percentage (no more than 10% as that would equate to £1000 potentially) also calculated at the end of the job.
