Connecting 2 650Litre water tanks to the following appliances (and also fitting most appliances ): Boiler Kitchen sink Shower Bathroom sink 3 radiators I have a lot of copper pipe but all other materials and tools will need to be provided Water tanks are 1010W by 530H by 1250D and will be situated in a crawl space 4000W by 800H by 1600D Pipe work will need to run the length of the boat- roughly 12 meters but can discuss and provide more details/design.

Service and repair(Not sure why its not working)

Since I bought my home in February, my boiler has not worked correctly. Not only does the water in the shower get so hot that it burns, the heating system (also run through the boiler) runs inconsistently. I had it adjusted once by a plumber, however the modification lasted for less than 2 weeks before the water became unbearable again. I am looking for someone who is a qualified boiler repair person, not a general plumber. Please provide your qualification in your reply. Thank you.

The expansion vessel and safety valve need replacing. To supply and fit a new remote expansion vessel and new safety valve. Need quote to include A. fees (mine will be extra), parts and labour. Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

The Honeywell automatic bypass has burst open. The bypass valve requires replacement before the system can be refilled and the boiler reinstated. I need this done asap as I don't have heating and hot water.
