Contractor must measure and build pipework cover. Measurement should be taken from previous cover, which is at the house and shown in the picture. New material is supplied and also shown in pictures. Hardware, screws etc must be supplied by contractor. Plugs shown in picture to the right of the pipework must remain accessible. Water sealant spray to be used on particle board to stop water penetration.

I need a licensed plumber to come and check a boiler. It’s only 4 years old.

I need to cut down a 300mm cupboard which has already been installed to 250mm and fit a 600 mm cupboard around a boiler. Would also like pipes above and below boxed in. I have the cupboards, but no boxing in materials.

My central heating and hot water keeps going cold therefore I have to keep switching the boiler on. I would like to know if there are any issues with the boiler and the action I need to take. I essential require advice rather than repair

Boiler keeps going to 0 pressure within 6 - 8 hours. It may be a leak but I don’t know what to do or how to treat it. I had someone put sealant in 2 weeks ago. It helped for a few days but now I’m back to square one. The offer of £100 is to fix. I want to replace system boiler with combi boiler and replace 7 radiators and interconnecting pipework. The property is unfurnished and ceilings have been removed for ease of access.
