Hot water boiler stops working

Need to fit Drayton Wiser thermostat kit 1 to combi boiler. No existing wall plate.

I have an alcove in the wall which houses the boiler which is currently covered by a large cupboard door. However, I want to make a nice cupboard unit around the boiler and a cupboard unit below it for storage. I had someone fit one last year but it wasn’t very good and has broken already. Height: 240cm Depth: 35cm Width: 55cm - Due date: Ideally Before Wednesday, 8th January 2025

Glowworm combi boiler has been on the blink and is conking out nearly everyday and beinf revived with filling loop. Have discovered small leak. Looking for someone to come out and fix today or at least look at it to assess parts needed

Machine was working fine before a descale but something went wrong and the normal descale didn’t start. Once I drained the machine and refilled it it would not go above 71 degrees and on checking the steamer boiler was cold. I suspect it could be the fuse for that boiler or something else/worse that is stopping the machine heating up.

Hi there, My boiler has recently started making some unusual noises. While it’s still working, it has become louder than normal, with occasional knocking sounds and/or a low rumble, which sound a bit worrying. It hasn’t been serviced in over two years, so I’d like an engineer to come over, inspect it, and carry out a full service to ensure everything is in good shape. The boiler is a Glow-worm Ultracom 30cxi combi boiler, and I’d like this done sometime within the next few days if possible, but the sooner the better. I can be flexible on exact timing/dates. Hi, We're looking for a Engineer to do a annual check up for our boiler. At the moment it is constant going on low pressure, we're not sure why. We would also need to install a new Smart Thermostat, the current one is working but we want to install a new one that is WIFI. Thanks a lot, Marcos

I have an issue with my boiler / thermostat. Boiler works but the combination isn't working and boiler is just “on” Thermostat being used is a Google Nest If it’s a quick fix, great. If not, I’d like the thermostat disconnected so we can go back to manual hence the budget is more of a call out fee not a long job

Our boiler is losing pressure, and overheating. Requesting repair job. Boiler is Vaillant ecoTEC plus 937

The expansion vessel and safety valve need replacing. To supply and fit a new remote expansion vessel and new safety valve. Need quote to include A. fees (mine will be extra), parts and labour. Had a quote so want to compare before I take it up. See boiler pics below. I understand that the task is complicated, as its an older model. Thanks!

Our boiler has broken twice now with the same part leaking, I believe it has been the expansion tank twice now. The gas safety inspector that spotted the latest leak suggested that it was likely mineral build up and that it needed descaling or cleaning as well as another new expansion tank. Assuming this is all correct please let me know what this will cost and your availability this week. The boiler is an Ecotec plus 630. Thank you.

The Honeywell automatic bypass has burst open. The bypass valve requires replacement before the system can be refilled and the boiler reinstated. I need this done asap as I don't have heating and hot water.
