Thermostat receiver not working, needs rewiring or replacing so it can connect to the thermostat for central heating

This is from my tenant: "I am afraid I am having issues with the water temperature since the day I moved in. The hot water in the shower comes on for approximately 1 minute and then it goes stone cold 😕 I noticed the taps of the bathroom sink and kitchen sink are also a bit unpredictable, with not a consistent flow of hot/warm water. But the shower is the biggest issue. Could someone have a look at it please? Also, not sure if relevant, but it appears the boiler is also leaking, which could also potentially be dangerous." The boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 28i JUNIOR combi Mk V Condensing Boiler. I've attached a picture of the boiler pressure. Worth noting is that this has happened a few times in the past year and every time I've paid someone to bring the pressure back, only for the hot water to stop again a few months later. It was also serviced last year in October. So now I am looking for someone to actually fix the boiler not just bring the pressure back temporarily.

Need boiler pressure fixing. Current there is an alert on the f22 and it reads 0.5 bar. The hot water isn’t working, so ideally if somebody could come asap to fix.

Two jobs in one visit 1) Annual maintenance for a Vaillant EcoTEC plus 825 combi boiler, almost 8 years old but had no issues so far, and radiator balancing (4 downstairs, 2 upstairs). 2) We have 2 Nests (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) installed. Both were working fine but the upstairs Nest has stopped controlling the radiators. The thermostat and the heat link have been restarted and reset back to factory settings. It is connected to the wifi and the green light is on but it's not controlling the Nest. I would like someone to install a Tado Wireless Smart Thermostat who is certified to do the wiring into the boiler as I rent out as a short term rental. I am happy to install the smart bridge and put up the thermostat but not to do the internal boiler wiring. We have a valiant turbomax 828e boiler that seems to keep cutting out. Don’t want to replace it as it works well and provides good pressure. There’s an electronic fault that needs fixing if there’s someone out there who knows this boiler. I need someone who can fix this boiler. I don’t need someone to tell me to just replace this boiler. I am not going to pay for a callout charge. I’m only going to pay if someone can fix this boiler. All offers must include parts, labor, VAT and a one year guarantee.
