The heating isn’t turn on

Led power pack needs replacing as the light does not work. Power pack is provided only requires the tips to be re wired to the connector. A tall ladder is required to get to the drain pipe at the top of my house to drill in two pipe brackets. The vaillant boiler needs the condense trap pipe changed. Parts provided.

A qualified person to service a boiler

Fuse box board switch going down due to faulty boiler switch and fuse and also due to faulty light switch. Fuse and switch should be replaced. Please see the pic. Need to fix as soon as possible. Thank you.

Combi Boiler says zero pressure. Tried turning the blue valves amd repressurising, no luck. Hot water is fine. Heating is on and off

Boiler issues - no hot water or heating

I have bought a new thermostat (relay and receiver) that needs fitting in the boile and them binded. Brand of thermostat honeywell.

REQUIRED: Installation of a new boiler, standard 3 bedroom house, 1 bathroom, 7 radiators, and two water outlets (kitchen and bathroom). All radiators are old style radiators however still in working condition. The bathroom radiator has rust and corrosion and requires changing 600x600. Just few additional points, 1) The current boiler is a non-condensing boiler so will need condensing boiler, so will require a condense pipe run through the bedroom out to the drain 2) Also new regs require 22mm gas pipe so will need a new gas run from the outside from gas meter to boiler location, currently have 15mm piping. 3) The bathroom radiator need replacing and 2-3 sets valves. We live in a new build flat with a water tank/boiler in our apartment. The boiler seems to be taking too long to warm up any water and on the surrounding pipework, leading to the boiler, there seems to be a bit of water dripping. Could you please take a look? No hot water no idea British Gas are being so unhelpful I’m sure it’s a quick task but need asap help as I’m cold confused on what button to pressed just need someone who knows their stuff that’s local to help please!

Task 1: My cooker hood is damaged and I've realised its cheaper to buy a new one than to fix this. I have ordered a new one of the same size dimensions and I need someone to help me install it and take the old one out. Task 2: Fix the lights switch: I have kitchen cabinet lights that dont work. Theres a series of 5 lights in a row so its highly likely that they all went bust at the same time. Ive tested the wall switch and that seems to be fine so not sure where the issue is. Task 3: Routine Service my Keston boiler (no issues with it) Please make me an offer if you are equipped to do all 3 tasks as part of the same visit
