Reposting again** We need to replace our boiler but whoever installed our current one has boxed in the pipes below. We basically need the tiles and plasterboard (not sure if that's correct terminology) removed to expose the pipes ready for our new boiler. We will also need some tiles on the adjacent wall removed as the new boiler will now go on the wall next to it.

Switch keeps getting stuck and no electricity going to the boiler

Boiler flue externally appears to have gaps which is letting air through into floor void. Needs to be sealed, current external wall is render but could be sealed in other material as not a visable area. Would require ladder to get onto single storey pitched roof to access area

Theres a leak in the boiler. Water is coming out

My boiler is showing the below, with the radiator symbol flashing. It asks to be reset which I do but then goes back to that. Hot water is working fine but not heating. I need someone to look at it.

I have an issue with my boiler / thermostat. Boiler works but the combination isn't working and boiler is just “on” Thermostat being used is a Google Nest If it’s a quick fix, great. If not, I’d like the thermostat disconnected so we can go back to manual hence the budget is more of a call out fee not a long job

Contractor must measure and build pipework cover. Measurement should be taken from previous cover, which is at the house and shown in the picture. New material is supplied and also shown in pictures. Hardware, screws etc must be supplied by contractor. Plugs shown in picture to the right of the pipework must remain accessible. Water sealant spray to be used on particle board to stop water penetration.

We have no hot water and need our boiler fixing to sort this.
